TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• We require a 50% deposit once your order as been placed in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven (7) business days prior to delivery date. Any changes to order after deposit must be made no later than seven (7) days prior to delivery to be considered. Any changes made after the deposit cannot be guaranteed and additional charges will be made.

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any cancellations made less than a week before due date will not receive credit. If a cancellation is made more than seven (7) days, We will give credit to future orders.

• If the payment is not received by the due date, the order will be cancelled.

  REFUNDS

• Once order is accepted and payed in full, we do not issue refunds, all orders are the responsibility of the client once it leaves our possession.

• Refund request are only considered if the order does not meet cake flavor, size, and description. Refunds requested due to this issue will be at the sole discretion of Stephanie’s Sweet Bakery.

• All cakes and other desserts are made from scratch and need to be kept at room temperature. We are not in control of what happens to your cake due to weather conditions .
